3. Website Use & Inquiries
The Site serves as an information and application portal for B2B licensing.
Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in our live design counts and name meanings, but all information is provided "as is" for informational purposes.
Form Submission: By submitting a partnership inquiry, you agree to provide accurate business information. We reserve the right to deny access to any applicant to protect our current licensees and brand alignment.
4. Relationship to Commercial License
These Terms govern the use of the website only. If you are approved as a partner, your use of the design catalog will be governed by a separate Commercial License Agreement executed via DocuSign. In the event of a conflict, the Commercial License Agreement shall prevail.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Persson Of Sweden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or any technical downtime.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Göteborgs tingsrätt (Gothenburg District Court).
